Job summary

The Quality Control Manager at STO Building Group will lead QA processes, inspect materials, and record test results to ensure compliance with project specs and safety guidelines. This role requires coordinating tests, calibrating equipment, and delivering clear reports to project managers and clients.

You will work closely with project teams to maintain high quality standards across construction activities, align with regulatory requirements, and support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of quality control experience required.
• Knowledge of construction codes and standards.
• Ability to interpret instructions and diagrams.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive inspections to ensure high-quality outcomes per project plans and specs.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, secure work environment.
• Develop and implement quality corrective actions to meet requirements.
• Prepare and deliver reports to project managers and clients.
• Maintain meticulous documentation for audits and reviews.
• Ensure calibration and proper functioning of measuring equipment.
