Critical Connection, inc seeks a travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a SNF assignment in Decatur, Illinois. You’ll deliver hands-on care to patients recovering in a skilled nursing setting, with 40 hours per week and 8-hour day shifts.

New grads welcome; SNF experience preferred. You’ll evaluate mobility, assist transfers, and document progress under PT supervision, with housing and travel stipends and full benefits included.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active (or pending) state PTA license.
• SNF experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PT treatments under the supervision of a PT.
• Assist patients with mobility, strength, balance, and transfers.
• Monitor patient response and communicate progress to PT.
• Document treatments accurately and timely.
