Job summary

Critical Connection, inc is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Danbury, Connecticut. The role offers a 13‑week engagement with 40 hours per week, dayshift, in a SNF setting and includes housing and travel stipends.

New Grad PTAs welcome; active state PTA license preferred. You will deliver hands‑on mobility, gait training, and patient interaction under PT supervision.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active (or pending) state PTA license.
• SNF experience preferred, not required.
• New Grad PTAs welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PT treatments under the supervision of a PT.
• Assist patients with mobility, strength, balance, and transfers.
• Monitor patient response and communicate progress to PT.
• Document treatments accurately and timely.
