Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) seeks a passionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for travel assignments serving adult and geriatric patients. You will deliver patient-centered care under supervision, improving mobility and independence across diverse locations.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or license-eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
• Interest or experience in skilled nursing, long-term care or geriatric rehabilitation.
• Willingness to travel to multiple TMC locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized PTA services to improve mobility, balance, and independence.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans to support recovery, safety, pain management, and long-term goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy interventions to enhance movement and endurance for adult and geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes and continuity of care.
• Track patient progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and adapt treatment plans as needed.
