Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Leslie, Michigan. You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist, with a typical 40-hour week and a daily 8-hour shift.

Minimum qualifications include an accredited Associate degree in Physical Therapy, active state license to start, and outpatient experience or willingness to learn from a different background.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State License required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Relevant outpatient experience or willingness to learn from a different background.

Responsibilities

• Work with patients recovering from injuries or illness under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Float to other area outpatient locations as needed.
• Provide care for general orthopedic and neuromuscular patient populations.
• Utilize WebPT EMR for documentation and record-keeping.
