Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Three Rivers, Michigan. This role requires full-time hours, typically 40 hours per week, with an 8-hour shift in an outpatient setting.

You will provide physical therapy services to patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions, collaborating with a diverse care team. APTA-approved PT degree and active state licensure are required, with BLS possibly needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in the assigned facility.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and adjust treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and ensure timely communication with supervisors.
