Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week travel assignment in Monroe, MI. You will assist patients under a licensed PT, helping them regain mobility and function in a variety of settings.

Expect 40 hours per week, typical 8-hour shifts, and competitive benefits including housing support and travel reimbursement. Prior SNF experience is preferred; active state license is required to begin.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Skilled nursing facility experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in rehabilitation under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement treatment plans and document patient progress.
• Support patient mobility and functional goals during sessions.
