Job summary

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking a Travel PTA for a 13-week LTC assignment in Purcell, OK. The role involves 8-hour days, M-F, with start times between 6 AM and 10 AM, under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

Requirements include 1+ year PTA experience, Oklahoma PTA license, and current BLS. Weekly pay is $1,390 plus a $700 non-taxed stipend; travel policy requires address disclosure. Opportunity for extension provided.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year PTA experience.
• LTC or rehabilitation experience required.
• Active PTA license; Oklahoma license required.
• BLS certification must be current.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to travel and 13-week assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative and medically necessary treatments under supervision.
• Apply evidence-based practices to interventions.
• Document patient progress in clinical records.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapist and health team.
• Participate in required trainings and meetings.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.
