Job summary

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week travel assignment in Norman, OK. The role includes analysis of cognitive/ADL impairments and delivery of skilled rehabilitation in a LTC setting.

The position is on-site, starts 10/20/2026, and offers weekly pay plus a non-taxed stipend. Compliance requirements include drug screen and background check, and supervision of support staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 1+ years of OT experience.
• Must have LTC or Rehab experience.
• Active OT license; Oklahoma OT license is required.
• New grads considered with Level II experience.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive or ADL disorders and develop care plans.
• Use standardized assessments to support interventions.
• Provide skilled OT treatment per regulatory and clinical standards.
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises and equipment.
