Job summary

Sage GroupHealthCare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for LTC in Purcell, OK on a travel contract. The role is full-time with a 13-week duration, offering weekly gross pay of $2,400–$2,440, and includes non-taxable travel/housing support and stipends for eligible travelers.

Start date is ASAP; OK license (or Compact) and BLS are required. New grads are accepted with Level II experience. Travel experience is highly preferred, with shifts typically 8 hours, days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Physical Therapist experience; new grads accepted with Level II competency.
• Experience in LTC or rehab settings required.
• Prior travel contract experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screen and treat patients with physical functioning disorders following practice standards.
• Develop and implement rehabilitation plans and select evidence-based treatments.
• Perform procedures such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and wound care as needed.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans in the medical record.
• Coordinate discharge and provide family and caregiver education.
• Document accurately in the electronic health record and participate in meetings.
