Job summary

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel assignment in Placerville, California.

The 13‑week contract offers 40 hours per week, day shifts, with ASAP start. This SNF/LTC setting requires eligible PTA credentials and the ability to collaborate with a licensed PT.

Qualifications

• Must have earned an Associates degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or in the process of applying.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions under physician orders and supervision of a PT.
• Implement and modify the PT plan of treatment under supervision of a PT.
• Effectively collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to meet patients goals.
