Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a contract assignment in Placentia, California. The role is for 13 weeks with 40 hours per week of day shift work under supervision of a PT.

Qualifications

• Must have earned an Associates degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or actively in the licensure process.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions under physician orders and supervision.
• Modify the patient’s therapy plan under supervision of a PT.
• Collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to meet patients’ goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services under supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement and modify treatments per physician orders and PT supervision.
• Collaborate with the care team to achieve patient goals.
