Job summary

Doctor's Choice Home Care & Hospice Texas is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (LPTA) to provide physical therapy in patients' homes. This role requires a current state license, two years of home health experience, and CPR certification. Qualifications

• Currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
• Two (2) years experience, home health preferred.
• CPR certified with American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Administers physical therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence under the direction of a Registered Physical Therapist.
• Evaluates patient status and health needs.
• Communicates effectively with the Physical Therapist.
