Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Toledo, OH. You’ll evaluate and treat patients across hospitals, clinics and rehab settings, with 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapy license in Ohio.
Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
Develop personalized rehabilitation programs.
Implement physical therapy treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes.
Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
