Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Clyde, Ohio. This role offers 40 hours per week, an 8-hour shift, and the chance to impact patient outcomes across hospitals, clinics, and rehab settings.

Required qualifications include a valid physical therapy license and BLS certification. New grads are welcome to apply; a doctorate is preferred. Travel benefits and ongoing clinical support are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).
• PT experience preferred, new grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized rehab plans.
• Administer PT treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Operate PT equipment and ensure safety.
• Document evaluations, interventions and outcomes accurately.
