Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Toledo, IA. The position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts, and travel-friendly scheduling within a supportive clinical team.

You’ll evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings. Licensure and BLS are required; Doctorate is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
