Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing in Berlin, MD is seeking a qualified Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment. The role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and delivering skilled PT services under physician orders, with 40 hours per week, days shift.

Candidates must have a PT Doctorate or a PT Bachelor's with NPTE, at least one year of experience, and current state licensure or licensure in process, plus CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience
• Current state license as PT or in process for licensure
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals based on patient capacity.
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families on PT methods.
• Develops a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services per physician orders.
• Collaborate with disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals.
