Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE.
• Graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year of experience.
• Current state PT licensure or in process.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a plan of care for PT patients.
• Provide skilled PT services per physician orders.
• Assess needs, evaluate progress, and modify care as needed.
• Collaborate with disciplines to achieve patient goals.
