MedPro Healthcare Staffing seeks a travel Physical Therapist for an assignment in Lincoln, Illinois. The PT will deliver skilled rehabilitation services, coordinate with the physician, and support patient education throughout the contract.

The role requires a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelors plus NPTE,ACC 1+ year experience, and current licensure. Shift is 10 hours daily, 40 hours per week, with travel credentials covered by the agency.

Qualificações

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in process of licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals based on capacity and physician direction.
• Set realistic goals, document patient condition, and educate patients and families.
• Develops a plan of care for each patient and provides skilled PT services as ordered.
