Qualifications

• Must have Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE
• Must have graduated from an accredited school
• Minimum one year's experience
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in process
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services and provide direct patient care
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals per patient capacity
• Document and record patient condition and educate patients and families
• Develops a plan of care and provides skilled PT services as ordered by physician
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals
