Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Tyler, TX. Start date 10/05/2026, 40 hours/week, days shift, travel employment type. You’ll evaluate patients, create rehab plans, and work with a clinical team to restore mobility and reduce pain.

The role requires a PT license, BLS certification, and may prefer a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Comprehensive benefits accompany the assignment.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ conditions and identify treatment needs.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety.
