Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Tyler, Texas. The PT will evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings.

You will collaborate with a clinical team and provide patient education and home exercise guidance. Start date 10/19/2026, 40 hours per week, days shift, travel role with comprehensive benefits and support from our clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop rehabilitation plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Implement treatment plans and utilize therapy techniques and modalities.
• Document evaluations, progress, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and health care team to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
