Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Tyler, TX. This role offers 40 hours per week, days shifts, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while enjoying competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate holds a current PT license, BLS certification, and may have a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. New grads welcome; travel experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Texas or eligibility to practice
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Clinical skills in evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations and needs
• Develop and implement personalized rehab programs
• Deliver PT treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Document evaluations and outcomes in medical records
• Collaborate with the clinical team to optimize care
• Educate patients on home programs and self-management
• Maintain safe treatment environment and infection control
• Support discharge planning and community transitions
