Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a Richmond, Virginia assignment. The role offers 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts for 13 weeks and travel benefits through MedPro's client network.

The candidate must hold a Doctorate or a Bachelor's with NPTE, graduate from an accredited school, have at least one year of experience, hold current state licensure or be in process, and possess CPR certification. Credentialing and housing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in process of licensure
• Current CPR certification.
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility

Responsibilities

• Develops a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provides skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
