Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Plano, TX. The role involves evaluating and treating patients in a travel setting with a strong emphasis on mobility improvement and pain reduction.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Ensure safety and infection control in the treatment environment.
