Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 12-week assignment in Dallas, TX. Start date: 10/12/2026, 40 hours/week, days shift, travel employment.

You’ll evaluate and treat patients with mobility impairments, develop rehab plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care. New grads welcome; Doctorate preferred and licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Texas
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy preferred
• New grads welcome to apply; relevant experience a plus
• Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify functional issues
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Operate and maintain PT equipment safely and effectively
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists for coordinated care
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and injury prevention
• Maintain infection control and safety standards throughout treatment
• Participate in quality improvement and professional development
