Job summary

TotalMed Allied seeks a Physical Therapist for an immediate travel assignment in Plano, TX. The PT will evaluate patients, develop and execute plans of care, and collaborate with medical center staff in an acute care setting.

Candidates should have 1 year of PT experience (6 months may be accepted for an exceptional background) along with BLS and state licensure. The role requires supervising staff, documentation, and interdisciplinary communication.

Qualifications

• 1 year of PT experience preferred; 6 months may be considered for exceptional candidates.
• BLS certification and state licensure required.
• ABPTS certification preferred; active license in TX or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop plans of care for acute care settings.
• Supervise PTAs and therapy staff; coordinate with physicians and medical center team.
• Document promptly according to state and insurance guidelines.
• Bill within setting guidelines and adhere to PT board rules.
