Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Dallas, TX. This role offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and competitive pay with comprehensive benefits. Valid PT license and BLS are required; a Doctorate in PT is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions to identify goals and needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate and maintain therapy equipment safely and effectively.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses and other professionals.
