Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 52-week assignment in Milwaukee, WI. The role offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour days, and a travel employment arrangement with comprehensive benefits and clinical team support.

Licensed PT in good standing and BLS required; Doctorate in PT preferred, with a welcome for new grads. The PT will evaluate and treat patients across hospitals, clinics, and rehab settings, developing individualized plans and documenting progress

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA/ARC) required.
• Preferred: Doctorate degree in physical therapy; PT experience; others certifications or licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests, exams, and history.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs aligned with goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to optimize care.
