Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Marquette, MI. The position requires a current Physical Therapy license and a valid BLS certification, with up to 40 hours per week in a hospital or clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Physical Therapy license in accordance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests, history and exams to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement PT treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, progress, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
