Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Milwaukee, WI. The PT will evaluate and treat patients with mobility impairments in hospital, clinic, and rehab settings, following evidence-based protocols and collaborating with a clinical team.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• 13-week travel assignment with 40 hours per week and 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations to determine treatment needs.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to optimize care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
