Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Neillsville, Wisconsin. This role offers a 40-hour work week, days shift, and travel-friendly environment.

The PT will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized rehab plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve mobility and reduce pain. Licensure and BLS are required, with a doctor of physical therapy preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license for practice and comply with state regulations.
• BLS certification (AHA/ARC) is required.
• Doctorate in physical therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify functional limitations and need for therapy.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Apply PT treatment plans and modalities to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercises, safety and injury prevention.
