Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Greeley, CO. This travel role offers 40 hours per week, day shifts, and a fast start with ASAP activation.

The therapist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across hospital, clinic, or rehab settings, and collaborate with a clinical team for best outcomes. The ideal candidate holds a valid PT license, current BLS, and is open to opportunities in a travel environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, interventions and progress.
