Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Longmont, Colorado. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop rehab plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help patients recover and return home.

The role requires a valid PT license, BLS, and strong clinical skills. Travel positions offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and travel support.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).
• Physical Therapy experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
