Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 11-week assignment in Vallejo, CA. The role includes 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and ASAP start date, with the opportunity to impact patients’ mobility and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop rehab programs to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Implement PT treatment plans using evidence-based techniques.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety to promote recovery.
