Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Clearlake, CA. This role provides opportunity to impact patient care across hospitals, clinics, and rehab settings while enjoying travel benefits and support from our clinical team.

The ideal candidate holds an active Physical Therapy license, BLS certification, and Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred. New grads may apply; 40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts, days.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license and compliance with state regulations (CA preferred).
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) required.
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred; new grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
