Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in Georgia
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) as required
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs
• Document evaluations, interventions and outcomes in medical records
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to optimize outcomes
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and prevention strategies
• Maintain safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control
