Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Greeley, CO. The role requires 40 hours per week, days shift, and an ASAP start.

This position offers travel compensation and comprehensive benefits through Fusion Medical Staffing. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life across hospital, clinic, and rehab settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations.
• Develop and implement rehabilitation programs.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations and treatments.
