Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Loveland, Colorado. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement rehabilitation plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to improve mobility and reduce pain.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Physical Therapy license in the respective state.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests, history and exams to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehab programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement and adjust therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate PT equipment safely and document progress in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and safety.
