Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Campbell, CA. You’ll evaluate patients, diagnose impairments, design individualized rehab plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain in diverse settings.

You’ll collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists, document outcomes, educate patients, and contribute to safe, high-quality care. Start date 09/14/2026 with 40 hours weekly on 8-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Implement therapy treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs.
