Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment in Campbell, CA. The role offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and travel benefits with comprehensive medical coverage and competitive compensation.

The PT will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life in hospital or clinic settings. Licensure, BLS, and strong clinical skills are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate PT equipment safely and calibrate devices as needed.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment following infection control and safety guidelines.
• Pursue quality assurance and professional development to stay current with best practices.
• Assist with discharge planning for transitions to home or community settings.
