Responsibilities

Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
Implement physical therapy treatment plans using evidence-based techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
Operate and maintain physical therapy equipment safely and effectively.
Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
