Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in New Milford, CT. This role offers 40 hours per week, days shift, and potential for clinical and patient-care experience across hospital and rehab settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Document evaluations, progress, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
