Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Bristol, CT. The position is on-site, 40 hours per week, with 8-hour day shifts, requiring an active PT license and BLS certification. This travel role offers competitive pay and a dedicated clinical team.

New grads are welcome; Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred. You will evaluate, plan, and implement rehab, document outcomes, and work with a multidisciplinary team to help patients regain mobility

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• New grads are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using standardized tests and patient history.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Assist in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions for patients.
