Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy completed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations.
• Develop rehabilitation programs based on assessments.
• Implement PT treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise and safety.
• Maintain safe treatment environment and infection control.
• Support discharge planning and community/home-based care.
• Pursue professional development and quality assurance.
