Qualifications

• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and determine functional limitations and goals.

• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations and outcomes.
