Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Oklahoma City, OK. This role offers 40 hours per week, dayshift, with a supportive clinical team and comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate will hold a current Physical Therapist license and BLS certification, with preference for a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. New graduates are welcome to apply for this travel opportunity.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
• New grads welcome to apply; PT experience not required.
• Additional licenses/certifications may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on findings and goals.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate PT equipment safely and calibrate devices as needed.
• Document evaluations, interventions and outcomes accurately in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management.
