Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Guymon, OK. The role offers 40 hours per week, with 8‑hour shifts, and the chance to work in diverse settings such as hospitals and clinics.

The ideal candidate holds a valid Physical Therapy license and BLS certification. Doctorate in PT is preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply, with relocation and licensure reimbursement often available.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, progress, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
