Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an immediate opening in Atlanta, Georgia. This 13-week assignment requires 40 hours per week, with 8-hour day shifts, in an acute care setting. Candidates should have at least 6 months of PT experience (1 year preferred) and must hold BLS certification and GA state licensure.

• Minimum 1 year PT experience; 6 months may be considered for exceptional candidates
• BLS certification and GA state licensing required
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and perform PT duties in an acute care setting

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and therapy staff.
• Bill within the setting following facility guidelines.
• Interface with Medical Center staff and physicians to coordinate care.
• Evaluate and create a plan of care and modify as needed.
• Provide timely documentation following guidelines.
