Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Springfield, Missouri. The role requires 40 hours per week, a standard 8-hour shift, and a start date of 09/28/2026. Candidates must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or an accredited Bachelor’s with NPTE, and have a current state PT license or be in process.

CPR certification is required. The assignment offers travel benefits, credentialing support, housing options, and comprehensive insurance.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Bachelors in Physical Therapy with NPTE.
• Graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year experience.
• Current state PT license or in process for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer treatment programs with goals based on patient capacity.
• Document patient status and educate patients and families in PT methods.
• Develop care plans and provide skilled PT services per physician orders.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to meet rehabilitation goals.
